Brenda The diaper bag was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased this as a gift for a friend (first time Mom) and she loved it. The shipment was right on time and I would definitely use hayneedle.com in the future and would recommend to family and friends.
EastBayMommy My son is now 2 and we've had this bag from Day 1. I share the same sentiments as some of the other reviewers, I wish it was a little bit wider. But that is the only Con that I have for the bag. It is made of great material, very durable and has great pockets for all the little things that need a place. The stoller straps are easy to manage, I wouldn't get any bag that doesn't have a system like this. The bag is comfortable and stylish for both my husband and myself. But the MAIN reason I'm writing this almost 2 years later...recently the bag was stinky -- long story short, there was a loose sock that had soaked up some milk and had lodged into a small corner of the bag and started to mold. I was totally disgusted and almost tossed the bag. But as a last resort, I pulled the lining inside out and threw the whole bag in to the wash, and voila -- brand new bag. It's didn't wear or dry funny after two washings in hot water. We just let it dry out for a few hours with towels stuffed in the small pockets and it was good as new. I don't know if washing is recommended, but it worked for me and I'm so happy I don't have to buy a new one!
MommyW/3boys I have three boys so, I have had my fair share of diaper bags. This is my favorite bag I have ever had. Over five years and countless bags this one is my favorite. I love the tons of pockets, there is a place for everything. The strap is padded which is a plus when you are carrying baby, and the bag and holding hands with another child. The inside of the bag is light in color so you can find things really easy. This bag is expensive and that is it's only downfall. It is very well made. It's not huge but, I guess if you are one of those new moms that have to carry everything you own this isn't the bag for you. This bag will hold everything you really need to take with you for an all day outing.

The Burkes I bought this because I had heard good things about the Skip Hop brand. The bag is well made and seems like it will hold up well to a lot of wear and tear. The only thing I am not sure about is whether it will be big enough for all our gear. It does have a lot of pockets so hopefully that will help keep everything organized. I also like that it is very uni-sex and my husband will not object to carrying it.
Laura This is the second diaper bag. I got this for several reasons: it has structure (when you put stuff in it, it doesn't become a black hole), durable, enough pockets and yes I agree the inside could be a little bigger but if you use the pockets properly it makes up for it (if you need a bigger bag, get a duffle bag), great for daily use of going out (prolong trips I use another bag),looks great, comfortable shoulder straps, side straps for stroller (ingenious!), my husband uses it (and yes he doesn't know half the time where some of the stuff is but I'm the one who uses and I know where everything is in it). Yes, like any product out there it has its drawl backs, but as you can see from above I really love this bag
Summer I picked this bag up at the store and immediately liked how it felt - nice heavy duty fabric that wasn't a shiny vinyl like so many other diaper bags. I've been using it with my newborn for about a month and so far have been very pleased. I can fit everything I need it in. What's in my diaper bag: changing wallet w/4 diapers, travel wipes case, cream, receiving blanket, change of clothes for baby; aspirator, bib, nursing coverup, 2 burp cloths, baby hat, toy/rattle, hand sanitizer. There is plenty of room if I want to throw in an extra blanket or two or a few extra burp cloths. There are extra pockets on the outside that I use instead of my purse - love that! There is a comfortable shoudler pad on the strap too.
CTmomma We started off using a super small diaper bag and gradually progressed to this bag so that we could carry an extra set of clothing, receiving blanket, nursing cover, etc. etc. This diaper bag is the perfect size without being too bulky or too small. I also bought the Duo and another Skip Hop Bag but found that they just didn't fit the bill and returned them. This has the perfect amt of pockets, attractive and is unisex so my husband can also carry it without feeling weird!
full-time Kayla's mom This bag is a great sturdy diaper bag with stroller attachable function. It has lots of very useful pockets and looks like a regular messenger bag not a diaper bag. My only problem with this bag is if I fill all the inner pockets, there's limited space to put extra clothing and etc in the main pocket. One of the zippers also jammed after 4 months. I also read that this bag was lightweight from all the other reviews but for me, it's heavy.
MomOf2Boys I loved all of the pockets, great way to organize. I could easily fit 3 to 4 diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, snack cups, drink cups (2) and 1 bottle. The clips that fasten to a stroller are easy on, easy off, one of the main features that prompted me to buy the bag. The outside pockets are perfect for my phone and keys and the side pockets hold a full water bottle for myself. However, I bought this bag in May and it has been 3 months and the interior elastic pockets are ripped. Now, I have used Eddie Bauer and Coach bags and never have I had one rip on me. I would slide a plastic pampers wipes container into one of the pockets, one of the ones that is worst ripped. This has not caused me to not purchase one again, but I am definetly upset at how weak the fabric pockets are inside. And definetly the magnet isn't strong enough to keep it closed.
