Autumn Mama I have had 2 other diaper bags before this (a backpack style and a 2 strap bag). I could not find any big enough to hold everything AND still close. I needed one with a long strap to carry messenger style and a lot of storage. I looked high and low and certainly did not want to pay $100 for a diaper bag. There is nothing super cute or fashionable about this bag, but it is AMAZING! It holds everything and I still have room! And the diapers and wipes are very accessible. Highly Recommend this diaper bag!

Mason&XandersMommy My son is 7 weeks old, and this diaper bag is already having problems. Like someone else said, the metal wire in the top part is already poking through the fabric (which is pretty sharp). Also the most Annoying part is the hole for the wipes does NOT line up with the container itself, making it much harder to close and open the wipes. (anyone else have that problem???) Like many claim the shoulder straps do twist up alot, and the bag itself is pretty heavy. Could use immprovements for sure! Contacted fisher price and they were not any help! I am planning on buying a new one... then returning the old one.

Max's momma If you are an over packer or like to be really organized then just buy this bag, you will love it. This is the first bag I ever purchased, when my son was 5 months old. He is now two and since then I've owned a few other more fashionable JJ Cole and Skip Hop bags, but I've recently gone back to this one. Now that my son is a toddler I no longer need to pack a ton of diapers and bottles but we are usually out most of the day when we go out so I still have to bring a lot of stuff. This bag fits everything both mom and kiddo needs, nicely organized with room to spare.

pros:

- pockets galore 6 in and 6 out - a pocket for everything!

- important pockets (diapers, paci) are labeled so its dad and care provider friendly.

- very big, can hold a lot of baby things and there is room for mom's stuff.

- big insulated bottle pocket.

- tote strap and padded shoulder strap.

- has feet.

- durable, I've had it for 18 months though it's not the only bag I've used.

- external wipes pocket with container (very innovative and useful.)

- external wipes pocket can be used with baby wipe "soft packs".

Cons & improvement suggestions:

- not the most stylish, kind of a dad bag.

- can be bulky, especially for simple quick outings

- encourages over packing and HEAVY when over packed.

- no stroller clips. I've had bags with stroller clips and would just use the shoulder strap to hang the bag over the stroller so this is a partial con for me.

- Interior mesh pockets could be a little wider and taller.

- I would of appreciated a thicker shoulder strap pad considering how much this bag can hold.

- Straps should be set on swivel clips so the strap itself doesn't twist. Swivel clips in which the strap could clip onto and be removed if you wanted would be a great upgrade for this bag.

- the wipes container and changing pad are throw aways. I used a skip hop "swipe" wipes container and a different pad from a JJ cole bag.

Bottom line, for 50 bucks its great! Get it for $40.00 with a coupon and buy the damage protection for 7 bucks if you are concerned about the bad reviews in regards to quality.

Mom of twins Like the others have said, the wipes container doesn't work. Honestly I don't even use the easy access part because all wipes containers wind up popping open. But overall I've been very pleased with this bag. I have twins who spit up so I always have to pack extra outfits and burp cloths. This bag is big and bulky and heavy to carry around but I do need it for all my stuff. I've used it for 10 months and so far I've had no issues the others have had with straps breaking or lining tearing - and I stuff this bag as much as possible, frequently. I'm pretty happy with it.

Mom of 2 This bag didn't even last me 2 months before the shoulder strap ripped from the bag. With my son in my arms I then tripped over the bag. Thankfully I did not fall and no one was hurt. Upon reading the reviews, I as well had difficulty with the wipe container which never closed causing me to waste wipes because they would dry out. This bag is a waste of money. Do not Purchase. I have contacted Fisher Price and I am waiting on a response. Toys R Us stated that it is more then 30 days so there is nothing they can do. I had to purchase a new bag. I will never buy a Fisher Price Diaper bag again and will update if FP contacts me back.

First Time Mom So my husband picked this bag out because of the compartments and its black, so he could take it out in public and not be embarrassed. We just used it today and while it is great, the wipes case was disappointing. It is great that it has a window that you can grab a wipe without having to open the case, but I noticed that the wipes dry out very easily. What we decided to do is put the wipes in a bag then in the case which deficits the purpose of the easy access but we like everything else about the bag.

goodgollyms.mommy My husband and I agreed on this bag because it wasn't too "Girlie" for him to carry and I loved the fact that I wouldn't have to dig inside the bag to find wipes, diapers, etc. I love how wide the bag actually opens. I did return the first one I had due to a sticky zipper, so I checked this one out very carefully before I exchanged it. I also was having issues with the shoulder strap twisting, but I shortened it and now it is fine!

MOM OF A PRECIOUS BABY GIRL I USE THIS PRODUCT DAILY. I TAKE IT WHERE EVER WE GO, SINCE IT CONTAINS EVERYTHING MY LITTLE GIRL NEEDS. WHEN I GOT THE BAG THE ZIPPER WAS ALREADY BROKEN. IT WOULD SLIDE ONE DIRECTION, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO SLIDE IT THE OTHER DIRECTION IT WOULD GET STUCK. I EXCHANGED IT (SINCE IT WAS IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS). THE EXCHANGED BAG THAT I GOT SEEMED FINE, BUT THE WIPE CONTAINER WOULDN'T OPEN. IT DIDN'T FIT IN THE DESIGNATED SPOT OF THE DIAPER BAG CORRECTLY, SO INSTEAD OF POPPING IT OPEN WHEN I NEEDED IT, I HAD TO UNZIP THE EASY ACCESS AREA, TAKE THE WIPE CONTAINER OUT, AND OPEN IT THAT WAY. I EXCHANGED THAT (WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, AND PURCHASED THE BUYER PROTECTION PLAN). GOT ANOTHER ONE, THE WIPE OPENER NOW DOES NOT STAY SHUT, AFTER HAVING IT 5 MONTHS, AND THE VELCRO THAT HOLDS THE HANDLES TOGETHER IS COMING UNSEWN FROM THE FABRIC (FALLING OFF THE STRAPS). I CALLED TO USE MY BUYER PROTECTION PLAN (I WAS TOLD I CAN EXCHANGE IT WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM, AND I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THE PLAN TRANSFERRED WITH THE BAG--IT DOESN'T. THE PLAN IS USE IT AND LOOSE IT. SO, NOW I AM GOING TO BE WITHOUT A DIAPER BAG FOR 10 BUSINESS DAYS, MINIMUM, BECAUSE I HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK TO THE COMPANY AND WIAT FOR THEM TO ISSUE ME A REFUND. AFTER I GET THE REFUND I CAN GO BUY A NEW BAG (DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE), AND I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BUYER PROTECTION PLAN. AWFUL BAG!!!!

Jenna A My husband is a SAHD who could never find a diaper bag that was both super functional and didn't feel/look like "a big purse." He'd been making do with an unstructured canvas messenger bag, but that floppy thing could get pretty frustrating. After a long search, we finally found this bag. Our favorite features are the exterior wipe pocket. Completely full Up & Up soft packaged wipes containers fit nicely, with the dispensing door perfectly filling the bag's opening. Life changing! The framed opening holds the bag wide open so you can get to things inside, and there are awesome mesh pockets completely lining the walls of the bag that hold things in place, but still keep everything visible. Exterior pockets include a small paci pocket, and an insulated bottle pocket. This is our second baby and we've gone through a few diaper bags, but this one is by far our favorite. It may be a little bulky, but worth it for plenty of room for a baby and a toddler's worth of stuff, all without looking like a purse!
